Condition: As-Is Non Returnable Damaged?: Yes Damage Description: This was tested and it is not functional. It is brand new, but I plugged it up for 20 minutes and the light on the charger was green the whole time so I disconnected the charger and tried to turn the scooter on but it doesn't do anything. Unknown what is wrong, but it doesn't appear to have any damage.
