Many locals will recognize the DeBasio name from DeBasio Furniture, a longtime fixture in the St. Louis furniture industry. We're excited to bring you this upscale Sunset Hills estate auction as our client downsizes, featuring a wonderful mix of quality furnishings, décor, household items and more. Highlights include a 1978 Erwin-Lambeth mirrored bookcase, Century Furniture dining table and hutch, Mid-Century Ibex coffee table, and several custom-upholstered pieces. Lots are located throughout the main floor, garage, outdoor areas and basement. Lots numbered 300 and above are located in the basement, which does not have a walkout, and all items must be carried up the stairs. Please bring adequate help for pickup. For larger furniture purchases, we’ve partnered with a third-party moving crew to offer a delivery option. Bidders may contact us, and we can connect you with the moving crew and/or provide a quote for delivery. Pickup is Sunday, August 23rd from 12 PM to 4:00 PM. All items must be removed during the scheduled pickup window. We are unable to hold items or accommodate late pickups. Limited Shipping - Must get auctioneer approval.
