Total Gym 1700 Club home exercise system with sliding padded glideboard, adjustable resistance/incline tower, cable and pulley system and multiple workout attachments. Includes Total Gym exercise flip chart/personal training guide, pulley handles, leg-pulley/rope components and additional attachments shown in photos. Also includes the large interlocking/rubber exercise mats shown beneath and behind the machine. Designed for a wide variety of upper-body, lower-body and core exercises using adjustable body-weight resistance. Total Gym's manual for the 1700 Club confirms the system was originally designed around this type of glideboard, cable system, flip chart and accessory package.
