A fine vintage mechanical mantel clock featuring a rich mahogany-finish wooden case, a classic brass carrying handle, and a Franz Hermle 340-020A mechanical movement. Key Features: Dial & Face: Ornate silver-and-gold dial featuring roman numerals, decorative filigree corner spandrels, and the "Portsmouth" brand signature. Movement: Powered by a genuine Made-in-Germany Franz Hermle (340-020A) two (2) jewel unadjusted mechanical movement. Chime System: Includes internal chime rods and hammer assembly, complete with original setup/maintenance paperwork and winding key. Condition: Pre-owned vintage condition. Case and brass accents show minimal wear with a handsome finish. Mechanical movement appears clean and intact.
