What is a Buyer’s Premium?: A fee added to the total of your winnings in order to pay for the auction services. Fees can be upwards of 20% but we like to keep our percentage manageable. What it means for your total cost: Our BP for this auction is 10%. This means if you bid 10.00USD on an item you will be expected to pay 11.00USD. SHIPPING: Yes, we do offer shipping on some items which can be safely sent. There is a 10.00 handling fee added to the shipping which covers the time to ship, and the packaging to get it to you safely. Shipping is by weight and we do not make a fee on the shipping prices themselves. Please make sure that you are bidding ONLY on shipping items. All non-shippable items should be avoided during your bidding if you need shipping. SALES TAX: Sales Tax in Michigan is 6%. All bidders are subject to pay this sales tax unless they have a tax exempt form. “if the customer is authorized by the Treasury and has a "direct pay permit" that covers the property purchased or leased. The customer must provide to the seller a completed Form 3372, Michigan Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption” Taken from the State of MI website. All paperwork must be emailed to Cache For Cash Estate Liquidation Services LLC 2 days prior to the start of bidding for the auction you are participating in, in order to verify.
