Eric Clapton is a legendary English rock and blues guitarist, singer, and songwriter who is widely considered one of the most influential musicians in rock history. He is famous for his exceptional emotional depth and technical mastery on the guitar, earning him the nickname "Slowhand". Notably, Clapton remains the only artist ever inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame three times: as a solo artist, and as a member of both The Yardbirds and Cream. Over a career spanning more than six decades, he has sold over 100 million records worldwide.
