Payment & Invoices - Check your Spam Folder!

When the system processes your credit card, it automatically sends you a receipt, whether paid or unpaid. If you cannot find your invoice, it is most likely in your spam folder. If it is still missing, check your watch list in your HiBid account. (Add us to your address book to help prevent your invoice from going to spam.) Invoices are automatically sent to the email address you provided at the same time your credit card is charged. The card you agree to use, register with, and enter the three-digit code for when signing in with HiBid will be charged at the conclusion of the auction. You cannot change the card once the code has been entered, and I cannot access any other cards on your account. Make sure the card you agree to use has a sufficient limit. All credit and debit cards have daily spending limits regardless of your balance, so contact your bank if necessary. If using a debit card, be aware of your daily limit. We will charge the card you registered with after the auction closes. Note: If you change your credit card with HiBid after registering for our auction, we can only charge the original card you agreed to when registering. Ensure the card on file during registration is the one you wish to use, as it cannot be changed afterward. This is a HiBid rule, not ours. If your card on file is declined, you have two options. You can present a card and driver’s license at the time of pick-up, or I can send you an invoice and payment link, allowing you to pay online with any card of your choice. We will not accept card payments over the phone. Unpaid items will result in you being reported to HiBid as a non-paying bidder, leading to a ban from future auctions.
