Attributed to D-Scan, this seven-piece Scandinavian Modern dining set includes an expandable rectangular teak dining table with one removable center leaf and six matching upholstered side chairs. The chairs feature the distinctive sculpted three-window back design associated with D-Scan, along with rounded uprights, gently tapered legs, shaped side rails, and plum-colored upholstered seats. The table features a warm teak finish, softly rounded corners, slender legs, and a removable leaf for additional seating space. It measures approximately 72" long with the leaf installed and 42" wide. The six matching chairs provide seating for a complete dining arrangement and display the clean lines, natural wood grain, and understated sculptural detailing associated with Scandinavian Modern furniture of the 1970s. Comparable documented D-Scan chairs were constructed from teak and manufactured in Singapore. The set shows normal age and household use. Faint production or assembly markings are present underneath the table but are not clearly legible. Please review all photographs for the most complete representation of condition.
