with Wax Stamps in heavy oak glass frame – 24 x 30 Background: References a prior "Principal Indenture" dated 25th March 1889 concerning a piece of land with a messuage/dwelling house, originally leased for a term of 99 years (starting 25th March 1866) at a mortgage sum of 370 pounds at 5 percent interest. Death of George Clarkson: George Clarkson passed away on 1st November 1892, and letters of administration were granted to Henry Clarkson and Agnes Hunt on 11th February 1893. Transfer Amount: A principal sum of 370 pounds remaining due on the security of the mortgage, which is transferred and assigned under this indenture
