CREDIT CARD CONVENIENCE FEE SURCHARGE: 4% surcharge will be added to all credit card transactions. PAYMENT: All accounts will be settled at the Auction Site on Pay & Pickup Day in Person. Unpaid accounts the customer will be no longer available to bid with Brown's Auction & Estate and the credit card on file will be charged. PARTICIPATION REQUIRMENTS: Name, address, daytime phone number, email address, and valid credit card required for bidding approval. CURRENCY TYPE: USD GUN POLICY: All guns purchased you must be 18 years of age for rifles and 21 years of age for pistols. The name on the Settlement is the one who will have to purchase and do the paperwork. There will be a one-time $25.00 fee to do paperwork. You can buy multiple guns for one fee. NO OUT OF STATE BUYERS ON GUNS! BUYER'S CONTRACT: Your bids placed on the Brown's Auction & Estate HiBid site are a contract and you are responsible for paying all amounts due. If you cannot pay for and pick up the item during the times specified, then you DO NOT bid. FAILURE TO PICKUP ITEMS: All items MUST BE REMOVED from the premises at the designated times.
