4.8 Grams 10K Gold & Stone Intaglio Cameo Ring (weight is inclusive of all materials). Ring is older and possibly Art Deco. Stone cameo is black with an orange / red back. Stone is possibly carnelian. Ring is size 6.75 and band is similar to a cigar band style. Please see photos.
