Christmas Streets 2005 Collection porcelain lighted house featuring a Tudor-style pet shop design with a bear figure. Includes original box and light cord. Lot also includes a 1953 hardcover book, "Let's Keep Christmas" by Peter Marshall (McGraw-Hill). House measures approx 7x8". Both items show light wear; house is in working condition.
