KEY ISSUES (READ FIRST): - CHIPPED VINYL COATING: The protective black vinyl coating is chipped on the top rope eyelet and the outer edge of one fluke, exposing bare cast iron underneath. - MINOR COSMETIC DIRT: There is minor surface scuffing and a small amount of dirt present from previous handling.
