This two-stone cocktail ring features a pear-shaped natural pink sapphire (12x8mm, 3.50 carats) paired with an oval natural white sapphire (12x10mm, 4.80 carats) and accented by forty-seven round natural white sapphires totaling 0.56 carats for a combined gemstone weight of 8.86 carats across 49 stones.
