This ring features a natural round blue topaz (10.00 mm, 4.00 carats) at the center, surrounded by sixteen natural marquise chrome diopside (4x2 mm, 1.12 carats total) and sixteen natural round garnets (2.00 mm, 0.64 carats total) for a combined gemstone weight of 5.76 carats across 33 stones.
