A pair of matching or near-matching western-style horse spurs, each with a U-shaped heel band, projecting neck, and toothed or rowel-like terminal. Both have attached leather strap assemblies with metal fittings and punched adjustment holes. A smallcircular or concentric stamped emblem is visible on one metal fitting, but it is illegible and does not identify a maker. Metal surfaces exhibit extensive rust, oxidation, pitting, discoloration, and edge wear. The leather straps are dry, stained, creased, cracked, frayed, stiff-looking, and heavily worn; one attachment or strap end appears torn or significantly deteriorated. Metal fittings show corrosion, and a strap component has a large irregular corroded opening or damaged area. Rowel orterminal assemblies are worn and corroded, with operation, completeness, structural soundness, and restoration status not established.
