One framed architectural artwork depicting the south elevation of Claremont House in Surrey. The inscription references the seat of the Earl of Tyrconnell and appears to associate the design with Lancelot Brown and Henry Holland. The image shows asymmetrical classical façade with a pediment, portico, columns, stairs, windows, and roof balustrade. Includes the wood-tone frame, cream mat, and reddish inner border. Frame has scattered scuffs, abrasions, finish wear, and localized rubbing orpossible finish loss along the edges and corners. Artwork and mat appear generally intact from the visible front views, with possible mild toning or discoloration. The reverse, glazing, paper margins, and mounting hardware are not fully documented. The artwork medium, publisher, production date, and whether it is an original period work or later reproduction are undetermined.
