They are all made of food-grade stainless steel, very thick and durable, free of rust, easy to clean, dishwasher safe. Both the canning rack and the tongs feature rubber ends, which makes you easy to loading and lift out from the hot water, grip the hot jars better, safe and convenient. The jar funnels have 2 size, small one: 1.5' x 1.6' x 5.1', the big one: 2.2' x 2.4' x6.7'( bottom dia* H* length), you can choose the one you need based on your jars sizes. The tong can grip regular mouth and wide mouth mason jar, very easy to operate. And you can load all your filled jars from a huge pot of boiling water by using canning rack.
