Great BOSTON top ribbon holder makes this defaced convention medal still appealing. For whatever reason, the convention name and date has been machined off the attached VFW medal. With views of Fanuel Hall, images of Paul Revere's Ride, and Indian holding basket - makes this a replacement top for a damaged one or just neat memento of Boston.
