We want your treasures to arrive safely, but let’s be real: Shipping is expensive. To make sure there are no surprises, please review our house rules before bidding: The Golden Rule: All items should fit into a 12" x 12" x 12" box (including plenty of room for packing material!). If an item is 12" on its own, it won't fit. We do not ship furniture, large lots, heavy items, or framed art. When in doubt, ask us before you bid! Packing & Handling Fees We pack everything in-house with care. We charge a handling fee of $5.00 to $25.00 per box (depending on labor and materials), which is added to your postage cost. Shop More, Save More: Shipping a single small item costs the most. Adding more small items to the same box usually costs nothing extra in postage—they basically ship for free! Frequent Shoppers: Ask about our "Holdover Plan" if you’re a regular! (Items must be paid as you win). The Fine Print (Don't Skip!) Insurance: There is NO insurance on fragile items. US Buyers: We prepay tariff fees so your delivery is surprise-free! You’ll receive a company invoice and a PayPal request after the auction. Payments: We do not accept credit cards through HiBid. Payment is via e-transfer or PayPal only. Be Quick: Invoices are due upon receipt to keep the mail moving.
