The remaining furniture lots have been stored in the basement for years. The basement is NOT water tight. All pieces sow some to significant water damage including warpign, discoloration, and drawers that won't shut. They are still located in the basement. Buyer will be responsible to remove from the basement. PLEASE BRING HELP TO REMOVE ITEMS!!! We will NOT have removal help.
