Housed in a stapled cardboard 2x2 holder with handwritten notes referring to a mint error and BIE variety; theseattributions are unconfirmed. Photographed through clear plastic with glare and reflections. Visible surface marks, spotting, or abrasions appear on the coin and/or holder.
