One United States Buffalo nickel, also called an Indian Head five-cent coin, housed in a cardboard 2x2 holder with transparent window and handwritten label. The holder is clearly marked “1924.†The reverse displays UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, EPLURIBUS UNUM, and FIVE CENTS. Heavily circulated and worn, with substantial detail loss, surface marks, and dark gray-brown toning or discoloration. Peripheral areas appear darkened or possibly corroded. The holder window is scratched or scuffed andhas visible residue or debris. No mint mark, professional grade, or recognized variety is confirmed; the coin has not been independently composition-tested.
