One 1940 United States Lincoln Wheat cent, with Lincoln on the obverse and the wheat-ear reverse bearing “ONE CENT†and “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.†It is housed in a stapled cardboard-and-plastic 2x2 holder. The holder is handwritten “1940-“DDK-001,†and approximately “6428â€; the S mint mark and any die variety are not independently confirmed from the coin. The coin appears circulated and worn, with subdued detail, scratches, marks, spots, and brown/copper coloration visible ththe holder. The holder has reflections, wrinkles, surface debris or fibers, handwritten annotations, and staples. No professional grade or authenticity determination is provided. Composition has not been tested or confirmed. No missing coincomponents are noted; batteries and compatibility are not applicable.
