One United States 8-cent perforated postage-stamp pane of 20, depicting an American flag above the White House. The 1971 issue is identified on the handwritten card as “US #1338F†and “1971 FLAG ISSUE.†The photographed front appears generallintact, with perforations visible around the stamps and sheet edges. Gum condition, hinge status, creases, foxing, moisture damage, and perforation faults cannot be assessed from the front-side views. Glare limits part of one image. The whiteidentification card may be attached or included, but this is unclear; the black stand and tabletop are display supports only.
