Block of eight matching United States 13-cent postage stamps, arranged in two columns of four, depicting an eagle and shield. The stamps include the inscriptions “E PLURIBUS UNUM†and “ONE NATION INDIVISIBLE,†with visible margin slogans “MIN THE DAY†and “USE ZIP CODE.†Includes the associated white display card marked “HECO STYLE 107B†and “MADE IN CANADA.†Perforations appear generally intact, with no obvious major tears, folds, detached stamps, or severe staining visicondition, gum, hinge marks, cancellations, writing, complete selvage, and attachment method cannot be assessed. The card notation reads “MINT NH,†but mint-never-hinged status is not independently verified. The card also reads “US #1356,†whconflicts with the supported Scott #1596 identification. Formal plate-block or ZIP-block status is not established.
