The block is mounted or attacheda printed page with descriptive text and handwritten annotations. Photographs show apparent handling, storage, edge, or mounting wear, glare, a dark border, and a visible staple near the lower edge. No cancellation is visible. Reverse condition, gum, hinge marks, perforations, tears, bends, mint status, and authenticity cannot be conclusively assessed.
