One attached horizontal pair of United States 13¢ Liberty Bell coil stamps, Scott #1618, issued in 1975. The stamps bear “PROCLAIM LIBERTY THROUGHOUT ALL THE LAND†and are joined by a central vertical perforated line. The pair appears visuallyintact, but fine surface, gum, and reverse-side details cannot be reliably assessed. The photographed card calls the pair “MINT NH,†but never-hinged status is not independently verified. Handwritten card references include “US# 16/18,†“19“15540â€; the card is not a separate stamp item.
