Constructed with a durable 430 stainless steel exterior and a 304 stainless steel interior, this self-contained unit features a top pan rail designed to accommodate up to (18) 1/6 size food pans (pans sold separately) under a protective insulated lift-up lid. The unit includes a full-length built-in cutting board, three adjustable interior epoxy-coated wire shelves, and is mounted on heavy-duty caster wheels for easy mobility.
