Overview: The Utilitech easy fit ventilation fan with a humidity sensor is a compact bath ventilation fan with quiet, powerful operation. This fan has a humidity sensor that can detect when humidity is too high in the room, so it will automatically turn on the fan to remove it. Humidity sensor turns the fan on when high humidity is detected and keeps it running until moisture levels are back to normal, so no manual shutoff is needed. The exhaust fan features an Energy Star compliant DC brushless motor reducing power consumption and increasing the fan's life and reliability. A small, simple grill design fits neatly into most bathroom spaces.
