Terms And Conditions: Registration: Upon registration, we gather necessary information to confirm your identity before granting bidding privileges. This includes collecting credit card details to ascertain your eligibility as a buyer. It's essential that all bidders meet the legal age requirements. Please ensure the information provided for your credit card is accurate. The billing address on file must match the address associated with your credit card for successful payment processing. Payment: Registering for an auction incurs no fees however Upon your initial registration, a $1 CAD charge is processed to validate the credit card, which is refunded within a few days. Your credit card will be charged if you win item(s) in an auction. In the event you fail to arrange payment within the designated payment period we may forward your bill to collections. Upon winning, you must settle your payment within the scheduled timeframe. We accept all payment methods include cash, Debit, Visa, or Mastercard. Failure to collect your items within the allotted time will result in charges to your credit card for the winning bid amount, along with applicable Buyer's Premium, taxes, and abandoned item fee ($35 per item regardless of the item hammer price or value). If your purchases exceed your credit limit, a deposit may be charged to your card, with the remaining balance due within 24 hours of the auction's close, either in person at our facility or via E-transfer. Payments must be made within 24 hours after the auction closes. If there is an issue or payment is declined online, you are required to contact Flash Bids Liquidation to make payment arrangements. Incase of non payment and the item is abandoned a $75 of no payment fee will be applied to your HIBid account. Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Debit, cash or E-Transfer. The email for E-transfer is [email protected] Buyer's Premium & Handling Fee: Online Auctions are subject to a 14% Buyer's Premium, which is an additional fee added to your bid amount. It's important to consider the Buyer's Premium when placing your bids. For example, a $10 bid will become $11.40 with the 14% premium. Please note in addition to the Buyer's premium there will also be a $1 handling fee per item and 13% tax added to the total bid price. To determine your final total, be sure to add the 14% Buyer's Premium, $1 CAD handling fee per item and 13% tax. Reviewing Bids: Throughout the auction, you have the ability to monitor the status of your bids at any time. Please note that bids cannot be retracted after the auction closes for any reason. All items are sold on an "AS IS" basis, with all faults, and without any guarantees as to their suitability for a specific purpose. All bids are legally binding and enforceable in Ontario, Canada.
