This is a "Potter's House Kids" ceramic figurine entitled "Girl with Dog Eating".The scene depicts a young girl in a green dress watching a dog eat from a bowl.It is often associated with the verse Proverbs 15:13, "A happy heart makes the face cheerful".These porcelain figurines were produced in the 1990s as part of a collectible series. The other is Precious Moments "Blessed Are the Pure in Heart" figurine features a sleeping baby in a cradle.
