IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION After the auction closes, all shipping customers will receive a link to our online fulfillment portal. You must use this portal to: - Confirm your preferred shipping method - Confirm your delivery address - Submit any address changes The portal is the only approved way to change the shipping address provided during registration. Address changes submitted by email, phone, or any other method cannot be guaranteed. Shipping orders are processed in the order that confirmations are received through the portal. The sooner you submit your confirmation, the sooner your order will enter our shipping queue. You will have 24 hours after the auction closes to confirm your shipping method and address. If we do not receive your confirmation within that period, your order will automatically default to the shipping method and address provided during registration. Shipping charges will be billed to the card on file. If the card is declined, payment must be completed by Tuesday, August 18th. Orders that remain unpaid after the deadline will be forfeited. Bidders will not receive a refund for auction purchases if they fail to pay the required shipping invoice. If you reject a shipping quote for any reason and choose to pick up your order instead, you will remain responsible for all applicable handling and processing fees. Changing from shipping to pickup does not cancel or waive those charges.
