If items are not picked up by the end of the pickup dates/times, we will ship your items IF POSSIBLE and charge you accordingly. If we cannot ship your items (usually due to their size or legal reasons) they will be re-sold, thrown out or donated at our discretion and your invoice balance will be collected through your credit card on file. Shipping is $5 per box shipped. Most orders ship within 1 box. Out of state shipments will have the Tax withdrawn from the total when the shipping is processed. This will automatically update on the “Settlement” that you receive after the auction. If you want something shipped that is labeled “no shipping”, we can probably still ship it, it will likely occur additional packing costs due to that amount of packing we will need to use. All items come with the standard $100 shipping insurance through UPS or USPS. If the value is more, we will insure it accordingly. If something gets damaged in transit, the buyer is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company. We cannot control what happens once something is shipped. We do not use pre-paid shipping labels that you provide us, we ship In-house so it’s about as cheap as you can get.
