Vintage style Ayer's Sarsaparilla advertising wood crate sign. Measures approximately 15x12 inches per consignor. Constructed of 3 horizontal planks with 2 vertical side rails and wire hanger on back. Front with printed paper label graphic of young girl with curly blonde hair, text reads "AYER'S SARSAPARILLA Makes the Weak Strong. Purifies the Blood, Improves the Complexion. 'How fair she grows from day to day.' SHE USES Ayer's Sarsaparilla." Yellow auction sticker 176 buyer no. in corner. Shows wear, surface scratches, scuffs, dark staining, wood grain and saw marks visible, label shows fading and creasing. Appears to be a later reproduction decor sign in crate style.
