Collection of eight vintage Black Americana character figures, including two elderly couples, a seated reader, a female domestic figure, two chef-style figures, and a round gentleman figure wearing a top hat. Several pieces appear to function as salt and pepper shakers or kitchen collectibles. The tallest piece measures approximately 5.5 inches tall. Made from assorted molded ceramic, composition, or chalkware-type materials with hand-painted finishes. Pieces show paint loss, surface wear, small chips, crazing, and other wear appropriate for age. Stoppers and exact makers were not confirmed. Examine all photographs closely for condition and included pieces. Comparable groupings are collected as vintage Black Americana kitchenware and figural memorabilia, with value depending heavily on age, maker, condition, and completeness.
