Description: Lot of 2 decorative faux book storage boxes designed to look like books. Both have hinged lids that open to reveal empty storage compartments. Larger box has red, black and tan geometric kaleidoscope pattern covers with gold painted faux page edges and brown fabric interior. Smaller box has Persian rug pattern cover with burgundy and mustard colors, brown leather look spine and sides, gold painted edges and burgundy fabric interior. Cardboard and wood composite construction with paper and fabric covering. Quantity 2. The large box measures approximately 12 inches tall by 9 inches wide by 2.5 inches deep. The small box measures approximately 9 inches tall by 7 inches wide by 2.5 inches deep. Estimated modern production, circa 2000s to 2010s. Condition: Shows light surface wear and dust from storage. Edges show light scuffing and rubbing, smaller box has more noticeable dust and surface soil on sides and bottom edge. Wear appropriate for age.
