Description: Vintage Wagner Ware Sidney -O- No. 8 Drip Drop Roaster with matching self-basting lid. The bottom is marked "Wagner Ware Sidney -O- Round Roaster" and carries pattern number 1268. Manufactured in the 1930s–1940s, this cast iron Dutch oven-style roaster features Wagner’s “Drip Drop” self-basting lid, designed to continuously return moisture to the food during cooking. A highly sought-after piece of American cast iron cookware, ideal for collectors and everyday use after proper seasoning. Condition: Appears to be complete with matching lid. Typical surface wear, seasoning residue, and oxidation consistent with age and use. No obvious cracks or repairs observed in the provided photographs.
