Description: Original U.S. military M15 Rifle Grenade Launcher Sight Kit dating to the World War II era (circa 1943–1945). This accessory was designed for use with the M1903, M1903A1, M1903A3 Springfield rifles and the M1 Carbine when equipped with the appropriate rifle grenade launcher. This kit includes the original M15 grenade launcher sight, original instruction sheet, military cosmoline preservation wrap, and olive drab canvas carrying pouch marked "CASE, CARRYING 7166193." The sight remains wrapped in its original military cosmoline preservation paper and has not been unwrapped by the consignor in order to preserve its originality. The instruction sheet and carrying pouch accompany the sight, making this a highly desirable collector’s set. This item came from a collector’s estate. Condition: * Original WWII U.S. military M15 grenade launcher sight kit. * Sight remains sealed in original cosmoline wrap and was not removed for inspection. * Includes original instruction sheet and canvas carrying pouch. * Canvas pouch shows light storage wear appropriate for age. * Please examine all photographs carefully for condition and completeness.
