AB650 <br> <br>Small vintage lidded decorative jar from the Original Chokin Art Collection, made in Japan. The piece is white porcelain or fine ceramic with a 24KT gold rim and a fitted lid featuring a Chokin-style whale motif. The underside text explains that Chokin is a traditional Japanese decorative metal engraving technique using copper with gold and silver accents, adapted here as decorative art.
