Commercial Hoshizaki 27" Mega Top Prep Table This lot features a used commercial-grade Hoshizaki stainless steel mega top sandwich/salad preparation table, model number CRMR27-12MD. Built commercial-grade for efficiency in compact spaces, this heavy-duty refrigerated unit features an insulated flip-up top lid, a front stainless work surface shelf, and two refrigerated base drawers designed to hold standard food pans. Sourced from a commercial environment, the unit operates on a standard 115V AC supply connection and measures 27 3/8 inches in width. This unit was plugged in and tested for 10 minutes, during which time it was confirmed to cool, though it is sold as-is without future guarantees.
