This oval 12x9mm natural pink sapphire (4.55 carats) is heat treated and set in a rhodium-plated .925 sterling silver cocktail ring, surrounded by fourteen round natural tanzanites (2.40mm totaling 0.98 carats) in prong settings for a combined gemstone weight of 5.53 carats.
