Ring Size: 7. This 14K yellow gold plated ring over .925 sterling silver presents a marquise-style cluster head set with natural rubies and natural white topaz totaling 2.38 carats. It centers an oval natural ruby (5x4 mm, 0.38 carats) surrounded by fourteen round natural rubies (3.00 mm, 1.82 carats) and two round natural rubies (2.00 mm, 0.10 carats), plus sixteen round natural white topaz accents (0.90 mm, 0.08 carats) for a total of 33 stones. The rubies are heat treatedand the topaz is heat treated; the head measures approximately 14.03 mm by 8.07 mm with a height of approximately 13.45 mm and the gross weight is approximately 6.88 g.
