Terms and Conditions: By registering for this auction, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions: Payments: 10% Buyer's Premium Added to each lot. At the end of each auction, we automatically charge the payment method you have on file for any lots you win. This total will include a 10% buyer's premium and State of TN sales tax. Cash Payment Option: For cash buyers, please inform us before the auction closes to avoid charges to your card. You can notify us by emailing [email protected] or using the "contact auctioneer" button on any lot page. Cash payments are accepted and must be completed during the designated pick-up times, or your card on file will be charged on the final day of the 7day pick-up window. Failure to pay for your auction lots within 7 days of auction end date will result in a permanent ban from HPM Liquidations auctions. Payments are made through the card on file with HiBid at the end of the auction. We also accept: CASH on site (Please notify the auctioneer prior to auction close or your card will be charged.) If you prefer to pay in cash, you can pay onsite at pickup. Cash payments must be completed during the designated pick-up times. This includes a 10% buyer's premium and applicable state sales tax. If you pay onsite with cards of cash you will receive a counter receipt for your purchase., Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive it. Please Note: Purchased and paid for items must be picked up within 30 days of end of auction. All items left after 30 days will be considered abandoned property and will be added back into the next auction. No refunds will be given for items left after 30 days.
