One framed winter landscape painting depicting a birch tree in a snowy wooded setting beside partially frozen or reflective water. The painting has pronounced raised paint texture and a partly legible stylized signature at lower left. The reversebears an inventory label with “Reg. # 68654,” “Frame # 7,” and a recorded price of $80.00; the handwritten artist field appears to be Monclif. The painting has extensive raised and layered surface texture. The ornate gold-toned frame shows abrasions,edge wear, darkened areas, and apparent finish or ornament losses.
