Decorative rounded covered vessel with a glossy red ground, white deer or antelope-like figures, pink lotus flowers, green foliage, and gold-colored ornament. Includes one vessel body and one detachable circular lid with a faceted translucent-lookingknob and visible central screw. No maker’s mark, signature, pattern name, or readable text is visible. Surface shows scratches, scuffs, handling wear, rubbed or missing gold-colored decoration, and some abrasion or chipping to painted areas. Thewhite interior or underside has dirt, residue, dark specks, and possible staining. No major structural break is visible. Exact ceramic composition, finial material, construction details, origin, and date are unverified.
