T&V Limoges Fruit-Decorated Porcelain Plate

One scalloped porcelain plate with hand-painted fruit sprays on a pale cream and light green ground, gilt rim, and gilt scrollwork. The reverse bears a purple circular “American Beauty,” “PITKIN,” “HAND PAINTED,” “BROOKS,” and “Exclusive” marking,along with a bell emblem and a rectangular mark resembling “T&V,” followed by “LIMOGES” and “FRANCE.” Pitkin & Brooks is associated with the decoration or commercial distribution. A small cursive painted mark on the front is illegible. Brown-graysoiling or discoloration and scattered dark residue are concentrated around the recessed reverse foot ring. No clear large crack, fracture, or missing section is visible, but the available views do not rule out small rim chips, hairlines,restoration, or wear to the gilt and painted decoration.
