La-Z-Boy recliner 33-in-wide arm-to-arm x 17-in-tall floor to seat. Is brown upholstery and will need cleaned. Staining throughout, especially on arms. Reclines. Also includes a selection of art: needle work, oil paintings and prints. Including oil on canvas mediterranean coastal scene unsigned and measures 41 1/2-in-wide x 29-in-tall (has some moisture damage on back, does not read through front), Tuscan landscape oil on canvas signed lower right Burnett (41-in-wide x 29-in-tall, has same damage as other oil on canvas). Vintage 1970s velvet painting featuring a Matador bull fighting scene (21-in-wide x 25-in-tall, has some damage to the velvet , hole and a few impressions), framed cross stitch Christ is the Head of this House saying measures 21 1/4-in-wide x 25-in-tall, Jesus as a Shepard art print (17 1/2-in-wide x 21 3/4-in-tall), Jesus art print portrait, framed sailboat poster, New Day by Elinor Luna cherry blossom print, watercolor style framed print by Owen Nexler (21-in-wide x 17-in-tall) and more!
