"One trip" means it was manufactured overseas, loaded once for its delivery voyage, and arrived here - so it is effectively a new container at a used price. Clean, dry, wind and water tight. WHY THE SIDE DOORS MATTER Full-length doors on the side open the whole 40 ft wall, so you can load with a forklift anywhere along the length instead of only from the end. That is the difference between a storage box and a usable shop or drive-through storage building.
