UNUSED KJ 20FT x 12FT Livestock Metal Shed - Model K1912. New in the factory crate, never opened. ONE (1) shed sells in this lot. All-steel, skid-mounted, open-front loafing shed - 240 sq. ft. of shelter for cattle, horses, goats, hay or equipment. Skid base with pull eyelets on both sides means you can drag it where you need it instead of pouring a slab. SPECIFICATIONS (from the crate placard) - Assembly dimensions: 20 FT long x 12 FT wide, 11 FT tall in front, 9 FT tall in back - Main frame: 14 gauge, typically 2.3 in square tube - Sheet metal: 26 gauge - Skid mounted base - Pull eyelets on both sides - Reference snow load: 30 PSF or less - Reference wind load: 75 MPH or less - Roof color: cream - Service life: 15-20 years FEATURES - Roof and walls are corrugated pre-painted galvanized steel panel, galvanized and polyester painted to prevent rust and corrosion - High fire resistance, corrosion resistance, long service life - Smart connecting brackets for easy installation - Parts list includes 5% extra fittings - Installation instructions included in the box Sold as-is, where-is.
